WHAT IS YTM'S STYLE?

We would say our shooting style is a perfect combination of photo journalistic, candid feels & natural with direction. We also focus on incorporating that same style into our editing, as well as adding in an organic, bright, airy and natural vibe.

 

DO WE PAY EXTRA FOR EQUIPMENT USED?

We design our packages to be 100% all inclusive. All specialty filming equipment, which includes voice-over, officiant and groom mic up, and audio connection to reception is provided at no additional cost. This ensures that we capture, not just vows, but all speeches as perfectly as possible. Each event also comes with (2) shooters for the entire duration of the hours purchased, so we won’t miss a thing!

 

SPEAKING OF EQUIPMENT, WHAT DO YOU USE?

We use Canon 5d MkIV and Panasonic GH5 platforms.

 

WHY DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE TWO SHOOTERS?

We include two shooters in all of our packages to provide our clients with as much of the wedding footage as possible! With just one shooter you would run the risk of missing monumental moments as they run back and forth, and why should you have to sacrifice any of these once in a lifetime memories not being captured?

 

DO ALL OF YOUR SHOOTING TEAMS HAVE THE SAME STYLE?

Absolutely! We train all of our teams in the same style and are continuously training to keep them up to date. This includes our photo shooters, video shooters, and our editors.

 

CAN I SPEAK TO THE SHOOTERS BEFORE THE EVENT?

Of course! We would be happy to set up a 3-way call with our Operations Manager, Lead Shooter and you (the couple).  

IS DRONE FOOTAGE INCLUDED? IF SO, WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS?

Yes, drone footage is included in our all-inclusive packages! We are FAA licensed and Specifically Drone insured. This is important because most types of drone “insurance” don’t cover drone accidents, but ours does! However, there are some instances where we won’t be able to capture drone footage. Examples of this are places that are marked as a no-fly zone (mostly near airports and military bases) as well as some venues that have personal restrictions. Additionally, bad weather, such as rain and windy conditions, can prevent the drone to operate.

 

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. A copy of the certificate of insurance is available upon request at no additional cost!

Absolutely. We use the following websites for our music choices:

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We do! If you combine any of our photo and video packages a discounted rate is applied.

AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY REVISIONS TO OUR VIDEO(S)?

We are dedicated to making videos that our clients LOVE, which is why we go over every single detail that you want included in your film during your final consultation. And while we do deliver a finished product, we’re more than happy to make 1 or 2 small changes to your film such as swapping out a shot. We’re also able to make major changes if requested and we can go over any additional costs at the time of the re-edit.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY EVENT WILL GO SMOOTHLY?

We are passionate about capturing your day just as you envision it. For that reason, we train our teams to be “a fly on the wall” and have backup plans for any possible scenario. A few details to assure you that everything will go as smoothly as possible are:

 

o    We always have multiple teams on back up in case of any emergency.

o    All of our teams go through continuous training—always learning & growing to provide our clients with the absolute best!

o    We create teams that work amazing together and are familiar with one another.

o    We pride ourselves in having great working relationships with other vendors in order to help with all the communication during your big day!  

o    Our shooters are great at adapting and being flexible. 

o    We use the absolute best equipment available to us.

o    We always give the photographer the right of way on your wedding day. This is important because photographers need to move around to capture the perfect moment, while videographers have more flexibility in where and what they shoot and are more about preserving these moments. Our photo teams will focus on getting the right shot, while our videographers are focused on capturing the moment in its entirety.
